I don't know if you're on the LLL Community Network, but there is a
discussion group there called "IBCLC2B" and is a wonderful resource for the
sorts of questions you are asking.  If you need help getting on the CN,
e-mail me provately and I'll direct you to the appropriate person.

If you do start (or find!) a yahoo! discussion about this, please let me
know because I'd also be interested in it.  I won't be sitting for a few
years yet, but I'm all about gathering as much information as I possibly can
-- I never feel like I can learn too much!
