I think Donna's feeling that this mother may be responding to her loss and
grief over the death of her child may well be worth exploring.

Just as vital though, why does the mother think she doesn't produce enough?
Is there any sign in the baby she isn't? What about growth, development,
contentment at the breast, baby's sucking - has she been observed while
feeding?

But time on the breast is not an issue, is it? We know that it's not true
to assume 'the longer the better' or 'the longer at the breast the more
milk' ...what is more important is feeding effectiveness. The clock is
irrelevant.

If the baby is coping with reduced supply, there are ways to fix this.

Someone else may know of refs about age of mother - but this has come up
before and as far as I recall, there was nothing that indicated it was
important.
