Hale mentions 200-250 mg  TID gives baby 3mg/kg/500 ml intake and the
therapuetic dose for babies is 10-20/kg.  500 mg TID would be 6 mg/kg/500
ml - I would think.  Still less than amount that would be given directly to
    baby.   2 Gm stat dose - no BF for 12-24 hours or 250 mg TID , both
doses - no reports of problems in babies.  Sounds like 500 mg TID would be
acceptable for a 13 mo old.  Mom's call.  What is mom being Treated for?
