Pat Gima reports:
Some mothers are told that when the hospital sends the babies home they
"put the batteries back in," implying that their baby will cry more once at
home.

So I demand to know, does the hospital supply them with a diagram showing
where the battery hatch is, so they can remove them again when they want
some rest? Or is this just one more example of the medical establishment
keeping a stranglehold on essential information to the public? They
probably don't tell them until they come back for some expensive unnecessary
follow up visit! Or maybe that's all well child care is, them secretly
changing the batteries, when we could probably perfectly well use
rechargeables and save big bucks.

Shouldn't we try to get this into the greatest-conspiracies-of-all-time
book?
