Here's the bibliography.  I wish now that I had re-written my notes following
the conference.  I am sure that they made more sense at the time (May '96).
The speaker was Libby Fosson, RN, IBCLC, MS, Nurse Manager, Maternal/Infant

More notes deciphered:  PACE the moms:
P= position.  Get mom and baby into correct position in 24 hours.  Encourage
mom to relax and enjoy baby.
A= attachment  Attach correctly to areola, encourage eye contact with baby
C=close  Teach to hold baby in close.  Pull baby in close.  encourage touching
E=education.  teach in a logical manner, provide literature, praise, praise,
praise.
