Wise ones: Any experience with higher doses of domperidone? In this
region, it's usually prescribed at 80mg per day (2 10mg tabs, 4x per day) or
90mg (3 tabs, 3x per day). Sometimes a doc will start a mom low, like on
60mg per day, and then up the dose if milk volumes do not increase.

I currently have a client wanting to take 120 mg per day... thoughts?

Also, what, if anything, is domperidone contraindicated with? More on this
case in next post, but I have a client who is taking progesterone (via mini
pill) and domperidone (with herbal galactogoues), and I'm wondering if dom
and progesterone might not be the best mix (given the rise in prolactin with
the dom)? Thoughts?
