I had an oral surgeon tell me the  same thing.  When he does the frenotomy he 
always puts a stitch into it  because he says the frenulum will grow back if 
not.  He's the only one that  has ever said that to me.  So I was interested 
in your post.  I wonder  if there is research on that?
