To add to what Margo wrote,

I found being completely distracted helped me to pump.  I used to pump  
while surfing the net.  I know others who read while pumping or cover  
the shields so they can't see how much milk they are pumping.

I would also take a visit www.lowmilksupply.org for suggestions and  
try "power pumping"
