Hi, Debbie:  Send the baby to either an OT or a speech therapist for
further evaluation.  The mom may thank you further down the line when the
child starts school.  If he has O-M issues, now's the time to deal with
them.  Valuable developmental time may be lost if the mom follows the
traditional advice of "wait until they start school..."
