Hi all,

Do you know of any studies that compare breastfeeding technique in mothers
with pain vs mothers with no pain?

If I see a dyad that does not "look good" (positioning and / or latch) but
there is no pain, no discomfort, and baby is gaining, I do nothing. As a
matter of fact, this dyad probably won't be looking for help ;) So are
there lots of dyads out there who do not conform to good breastfeeding
technique and yet are thriving?

What I'd like to know is if anyone has evaluated breastfeeding technique
(positioning and latch) in "normal" (painless, comfortable) breastfeeding
dyads, and compared this to breastfeed technique in mothers with pain...

Have a nice weekend!
Kika
