I, too, feel the same way.  If we educate people that
moderation and variety are the keys to a nutritious
diet, we all win.

I strongly believe that a much greater harm would
result from choosing not to breastfeed or weaning
early in order to "indulge", than from breastfeeding
and consuming diet sodas in moderation.  Alicia.
