     early pacifier use is  usually an indicator of bf problems - this is in
a pediatric article I believe, / lack of breastfeeding will reduce the
effectiveness of "lam" bring on a shorter amenorheic time period and
therefore  mothers will return to menstruation..

       I believe there is also lit of the increase in infection with pacifier
use.
