Hello Friends,
I received a call this morning from a mother with a 5 day-old baby. This is
her third child and she is heavily engorged. She has been trying to get rid
of pinworms in her family and has just discovered that they are back.

She is not concerned about the effect of taking vermox while breastfeeding
(she has Hale's book), but she is concerned about the one case report of a
mother losing her milk.

Has anyone noticed a diminished milk supply after taking vermox? Please let
me know both yes and no answers. I know I've discussed pinworms with mothers
in the past and diminished milk supply was never an issue.

Thanks for you help,
Jeanne Fisher
