Melinda,
I would ask your counselors where they feel the holes are in their knowledge. It helped me last time to go to a nutrition conference because I knew that was my big gap. Then I took the first exam in Linda Smith review book, and figured out whether I was deficient in one area more than another. (I was recertifying. My score on that first review was pretty close to my final exam score and frankly I didn't worry too much.)
I made sure to think about Lactnet challenges as well.
After that I ended up reading "the new stuff" in Ruth Lawrence's book, just because I had read less than The Brown Bible (Riordan, at that time Riordan and Auerbach).
