Response to Renee Mercier on Refusal to Store EBM for Toddler
My input is not going to help you legally - however, it would be
helpful if you can find a comparison that is already legally allowed.

I am wondering what this daycare center does when the toddler has
an infection which requires use of an antibiotic that needs to be stored
in the refrigerator? Do they require he stay home for 10 days so they
do not have to store this and give him his meds?

I really do not see how they can 'dictate' the type of food the child receives.

And...What if another child drinks from a toddler's cup full of cows milk and
then has an allergic reaction? I think they would be much more concerned
about that situation?! Think of the legal consequences!

Warmly,
