Clothiapine is just another phenothiazine tranquilizer commonly used for
schizophrenia and other neurologic problems.   While we have some data on thorazine,
Haldol, and risperidone,  these are not the best agents to use chronically in
breastfeeding mothers due to a possibly higher risk of SIDS.

Of these agents,  risperione and haloperidol are probably safer...at least we have
milk levels on them.
