Hey!
Guess what I saw tonite!  I tuned into a sitcom called 'Friends' tonite.
 (Great show, BTW)  Anyway, one of the characters is a Mom (lesbian, too) and
she sat down on a couch with her baby, pulled up her shirt (didn't see
anything) and started to nurse the baby!!!  I would have been jumping up and
down for joy, except that I was nursing my 13 mo. old!   Then, the Mom and
her girlfriend went out on a date leaving the baby's father and his friends
to babysit.  One of the girls on the show warmed up a bottle of breastmilk,
poured some on her arm to check the temp., then licked her arm!!  Of course,
the male characters had to be shocked, but then one by one they each tried
some of the breastmilk!  All except the father of the baby.  He finally tried
it at the end of the show.  (He had a hard time with this, you see.  His wife
left him for another woman, then discovered she was pregnant, and he's still
adjusting. :)  )  The taste of the breastmilk was compared to the taste of
cantalope juice!  Sweet!  I wish I had taped it.
Hope a lot of you out there were lucky enough to see it!

Score another point for the world of Breastfeeding!!!
