Re : Metrodin and Profasi-HP

Profasi-HP is human chorionic gonadotropin which is necessary for sustaining
the ovum during the first several weeks of life. No need to worry about the
injectible source, you own body is creating vast quantities of it now to
sustain pregnancy.

Metrodin is a preparation of gonadotropins (pituitary hormones) extracted from
the urine of postmenopausal women that dramatically stimulates follicular
growth and maturation. It contains numerous pituitary hormones including FSH
and LH. Again, these are normal pituitary hormones, have a brief half-life
and are certainly gone by now.

Re : Oral Contraceptives

OC's are known to reduce breastmilk supply in some women if used too early
(before 6-8 weeks). Below are a few references that might be helpful. I'm sure
there are a million of them available.
