Michelle,

On the now 12 mos old who "weaned" as a result of a nursing strike over a
biting incident... why not suggest she put him back to the breast now? Two
months off at this age would not take too long to build up supply again...
she might try some hand expression to see if she still has drops readily
available... if this kid has such serious allergies it might be worth it to
both of them!!
