Hello!

A few years back (2003-2005 perhaps) I attended a conference in Ohio where
an RD/IBCLC spoke about her OroFacial Team. She was located on the East
Coast somewhere. She discussed how the multidisciplinary team (MDs, RDs,
IBCLCs, LSPs, PT, OT) all meet and evaluate the children with orofacial
issues and surgery is often done early (3 months) versus late (10 months)
for cleft palate repairs.

Anyone have information about this speaker and/or the location of this type
of team approach? I cannot locate my conference documents- probably lost in
a move at about the same time.
