A few weeks ago, there was a discussion about how to place credentials. I 
don't know if this article has been posted before, but I just received a 
copy of it and thought it might be interesting. Although it is written for 
nurses in particular, it is useful for everyone. Use the initial first that 
can't be taken away from you!
