It is Motherhood.  When I have shopped there, I refuse to give them my phone
number and zip code (info they always ask for) and I specifically say that I
do not want to receive any promotions.  

When I received ABM in the mail, I marked it "refused" as another poster
suggested and had it sent back.  I also called each company that sent me any
ABM coupons, samples, etc. and asked to be removed from their mailing list.
