Hi Friends,
Does anyone have parents who have elected to not breastfeed sign a consent
for formula?  Also, has anyone changed the word "formula" to "artificial
breast milk" in policies or in speaking to parents (in the hospital setting)
and what has been the reaction.  We are looking to change the culture at my
institution.  I know that these will not be our first hurdles - just curious.
