Gee, this guy must be related to the oncologist here in town who told me I
couldn't be having serious side effects from the chemo because (1) he'd
never heard of the specific problems I was describing and (2) most people
don't have those problems.  The woman with the crusty breast definitely
needs a new doctor!!!  She may also need a good lawyer.

This is scary.  He could have been some bizarre pervert who walked in off
the street in a white coat.  My husband says the oncologist here went to the
"Attila the Hun School of Bedside Manner."

Many doctors are wonderful -- well educated, keep up with the journals,
caring and compassionate (Dr. James Sterling of the Scott and White HMO in
College Station, Texas, just to name one) -- but there are also a lot of
problematic health care professionals out there, and not just when it comes
to lactation-related issues.
