Thanks, Denny, for some great information.  I am unhappy to see that they've
left themselves a big loophole:

That "4 OR MORE" hours bugs me and it is going to cause grief, I'm afraid.
<sigh>  Still, it's a start and I'm glad to see the distinction between
breastmilk and nonhuman milk.  (I like "nonhuman" - sounds alien!!)

Wish I'd seen these guidelines before my 17 y/o had his shoulder surgery;
he had NO fluids for >12 hours (NPO past midnight, surgery at 12N) and I am
sure it's part of why he spent the next day throwing up.
