Recently a pediatricianasked on Lactnet about a pediatric practice that
focused on BF only.  She was thinking of setting up with an NP and sev LCs.
 I'd like to mention an article "A Specialty Medical Practice in
Breastfeeding" by Christina Smillie, MD, IBCLC in Current Issues in
Lactation, 2000, 49-54.  Neat article talking about the ins and outs, ideas
and pitfalls.

Yes, I think a Journal club would be a good idea on Lactnet.  Sincerely,
