I find that many of our mothers (suburbs of Chicago) that come from other
cultures tend to lean towards the bottle of ABM.  They may attempt to try
breastfeeding but, often say they don't have enough milk or the baby doesn't
like it.  Could it also be that ABM seems to be a luxury they may not have
otherwise afforded abroad?  At my follow-up calls most have gone to exclusive
ABM.
