I was at a meeting of our BFing Advisory Council this week and upon
discussing the requirements for BFHI ( our hospital is going to
apply-remember my discussion about that earlier this year) I heard a phrase I
am not familiar with. A manager at the hospital said that the BFHI required a
certain amount of staff education for staff members in the mother/baby unit.
She said they were going to have to "massage the data " on that. I have never
heard this before. Is this a new form of management techniques??
