Once again, I must report that this is not an acknowledged problem in Norway.  Women with PIH breastfeed as much as anyone else, and they don't seem to have more problems than usual with establishing a milk supply.  Could differences in treatment for PIH account for this?  Or differences in definition of PIH?  We do not use MgSO4 at all.  Mainly bed rest, induction of labor if mother's condition warrants, and occasionally meds for BP to keep diastolic under 110.
