I heard this on the radio early one morning but missed the important details.  It is not directly BF related, but there are 1500 + friendly people on this list that might have heard about this or read it.  I would like more details if someone can provide them.

I heard on the radio about a 10 year old girl that helped her mother deliver her little newborn brother while the frantic father was on the phone to the 911 dispatcher passing directions on to the 10 year old.

I wanted to have the full details for a letter to a state committee.  Please reply if you can help at all.
