I am working with a mom (38 yoa) who delivered a baby at 31 5/7 weeks gest - She had a complete previa with significant bleeding which led to a hysterectomy. She began pumping at @ 5 days post partum, has pumped 4 times, with the result of each being pea green. The part of history that is puzzling is that she reports that since the delivery of her son 10 years ago (which she adopted out and did not breastfeed), she has light green nipple (she thinks bilat) drainage which is assoc with menses (but not every time) and nipple stim. She has had normal mammograms since that time. She is on a "normal" diet and Nestabs as vitamins. Any ideas?
