In addition to whatever else you do, I have found that cabbage leaves worn
continually dramatically reduce milk supply. For extra comfort have mom put
them in ice water and change them out frequently.
I'm so sorry for this mother. She's going through so much grief, and the
last thing she needs is horrible engorgement.
