Greetings from Ky. I just wanted to share a little chuckle a mom gave me
this week
It has been a very busy week and stressful. One of my mothers who
recently had gone home with her new baby and breastfeeding for the first
time (other 3 children were bottlefed). She called to ask why the baby
was wanting to eat "all the time". After checking that weight and
diapers, etc. were fine with baby, I explained that babies like to be
near mom and snack often. The mom said "well, I guess since my baby
likes breasts and I have the only breasts in the house I guess I'll just
let him eat when he wants to eat."
I had not heard marathon sessions put this way. I really complimented
this mom for having a sense of humor and how proud I was of her for
breastfeeding her baby
Merry Christmas everyone.
