HTML means "hypertext markup language" which is used as a universal format
for publishing to the Internet.

Some people actually understand and work with HTML directly. They often
refer to themselves as geeks, wizards, and/or hackers. The rest of us
ordinary mortals use software conversion programs and/or live with (or hire)
a geek who understands HTML itself.  My live-in geek/guru responds most
favorably when I humbly invoke the chant, "O Mighty Wizard, Presser of Nifty
Buttons, may I have an audience with you?"
