A WIC colleague of mine in upstate Pennsylvania asks:
"Can you please help me find some information  about an Agency or Insurance
called "Right from the Start"?  It supposedly takes care of babies before
they are born.  I've never heard of such a thing, but a participant of ours
called our office requesting info about it.  Have any of you ever heard of it
?"
