ANNAPOLIS, MD - The State Senate Judicial Proceedings
committee has scheduled a hearing Wednesday to hear
testimony on a bill that would make it illegal for a woman
to breast-feed another woman's baby without permission. Sen.
James DeGrange filed the bill after a mother complained that
a day-care center worker was breast-feeding her child.
[This sounded weird, but what if a day care worker was a
crack head whose milk was laced with drugs? That's what I
would call a contact high.]
