I find the improvised SNS as Jack Newman describes to be very useful, and a
cheap and simple way to supplement. I have used this successfully with quite
a few mothers.

I also found that it is difficult to find the tubes at a reasonable price,
and I have yet to find a where to get them here is Israel.
