I noticed in an earlier post about pacifiers that someone mentioned that
the use of pacifiers would prevent the mother from using LAM as a
contraceptive.
I haven't seen this opinion reflected in the literature - have I missed
something? The WABA site mentions baby not feeding at least 4 hrly during
day or 6 hrly at night as a problem. Pacifier use may not be associated
with feeding less frequently than this though. (Believe me I'm not
supporting pacifier use!)
