Some of you know of my fondness for Rescue Remedy, a homeopathic remedy
that is calming. It is outstanding for relieving night terrors.

Once I was at a home helping with a newborn. The 2 year old awoke from a
nap with night terrors. His mother couldn't soothe him, the midwife
couldn't and he was in such a bad state. I asked the mother if I could
give him some RR (as we lovingly call it). She had some because the
midwife uses it during delivery, and I put the 4 drops under his tongue.
It wasn't hard to do because his mouth was open with his screams.

Within 5-10 seconds he was calm and asked to go watch the video with his
older brother. No kidding, it was that fast. RR works best in emergency
situations like this.

Of course, I most often use it for initiating a let down in a mother who is
engorged or overyly tense.

It is totally safe for any age person. Shannon, you can find it in any
health food store. Bach Rescue Remedy.
