I too use my knees. This position works wonderfully to save your back
and it also keeps me in shape (the getting up part). It gets harder
every year. I have been using a foam pad (the one you can use for
gardening). It is saving my knees. I have spent a lot of years bending
over these moms both in L&D and with LC position. Every bit of advice
helps. It is good body mechanics that can save us all. Glad to see I'm
not the only one down on my knees all day.
