Denise,

You say that this mom was overweight, struggled to get pregnant, had
gestational diabetes and minimal breast changes?

Has she ever been diagnosed PCOS?  Was she oligomenorrheic, and has she
struggled at all with hirsutism (you have to ask, because they usually wax)?
If the answer to any of these is yes, look up some of my posts on PCOS in
the archives, and then let's talk! I'm researching this area and have some
ideas that could be pursued.

To anyone else working with milk supply & PCOS cases, I'd love to know more
about your cases, too, for my research.
