>I've been contacted regarding a situation wherein breastfeeding employees
are being told that they may not store their expressed milk in a
refrigerator that is open for employee use because human milk is a bodily
fluid that may be dangerous.<

Better make sure that no one puts used paper tissues in an open waste-basket
then. And no one cries in the office. And none of the male employees have a
quick wank in coffee time, leaving tissues with their bodily fluids anywhere
where others may be in any contact. Remember too to have anyone likely to cough
wearing a surgical mask. I bet the company will enjoy enforcing all of these
new body fluid regulations!
