From what she told me, there is next to nil chance of survival for this

this situation. If this child lives for even a short time, would there be a
 possibility of breastfeeding?

Carrie,

I just had a client whose baby was born with trisomy 13. Her baby survived
for less than 8 weeks. She was advised by her Drs. to rent a pump and she
did provide EBM for her baby for its entire life. Apparently the Drs. felt
that the baby would survive longer & have a better quality of life for the
time that it did live if it was given breastmilk. I am not sure if the baby
ever did go to breast though.

Hope this helps.
