<< From BABYCENTER PRENATAL WEB MONITOR FOR THE WEEK OF 12/13/99
Ear Infections May Be Hereditary
Is your baby prone to ear infections? They could run in the family,
according
to a new study in the December 8 issue of the Journal of the American
Medical
Association>>
I heard one of the researchers interviewed on NPR. Throughout the
interview, she continued to stress the importance of breastfeeding.
Stated (I'm paraphrasing) that women in the US need to bf much, much
longer than they already due. Even if you're child is genetically
predisposed to ear infections, bf will be of great importance.
YEAH!!!! :-D
