Have her go to a LLL or similar meeting with lots of moms and babies happily
nursing. I suppose the grandmother-to-be had a bad experience herself. The
mom-to-be needs to see and talk to breastfeeding moms who enjoy(ed) doing so,
who might have had problems but had/got ways to overcome them.
Good luck to both you (convincing the mom:-) ) and her.
