Re:  Denny Rice's posting, on the mother of twins who was worried she'd get pregnant, and whose babies are having small amounts of other foods.
    I became pregnant with my 4th child just over 30 years ago while tandem breastfeeding.  I'd negotiated with the elder of the two boys to reduce his breastfeeds from 8 to just a few, and this relatively sudden decrease in feeds was obviously a key factor in my fertility.  So, yes, even if breastfeeding two babies, reductions in intensity of breastfeeding can allow fertility to return.  Some women's bodies are more susceptible to these changes than others.
