Well, New York City, for one, or I guess anywhere else in the USA or Western
Europe that has a large concentration of immigrants from other parts of the
world. Heather, I liked your notes from the study on Bangladeshi women in
England -- I bet you could do a pretty similar study at, say, Elmhurst
Hospital in Queens, New York.
