just to make it clear to everyone, our usual paranoia not withstanding and
almost always justified, domperidone (motilium) is waiting to be approved for
GI tract problems, not for milk production. but i agree, it is pretty sad
that all the evidence of this drug's safety in other countries doesn't count
here (why, are we anatomically different than germans or canadians? don't
answer that .  . . . )

the compassionate use program is to make the drug available to people who
have shown they cannot tolerate reglan or cisapride, usually those with
cancer or other serious and intractable problems.
