Dr. Wright, you are right that the AAFP (American Academy of Family
Physicians) is coming along "s-l-o-w-l-y"  but there is a growing core group
of family physicians that are working hard to make it happen.  Family
physicians are in the unique and exciting position to encourage and educate
about breastfeeding throughout the entire life cycle.  The manual you
described for physicians sounds great, when will it be available?  Thanks for
the update.
