physician and nursing staff.  It is thought provoking ideas for all of us.
You have some really good points and they are made in such a way that it
would at least make the docs wonder why they say the stuff they do and why
NICU's make the policies they make."

Although Carol makes several good points, I doubt the people who need to hear
it would be receptive, given the tone.
